Le Yap7 - Yap7 - 12-30-2014

Actually that's my real name, Romain D. Yap7, I'm a 24 year old french redstoner. I'm doing redstone for some years and I have create some of the components used by the french community, especially from the Redlight server.

My speciality in redstone is the compacity, I can make very small systems, sometimes even smaller than the world smallest (I think I broke the world record for Connect 4 at least 3 times).

But I know almost nothing about the redstone vocabulary (RCA, ALU, RAM...) so it was hard as hell to come into this server. There is nothing I can't do with redstone, but I'm really bad with names. Because of that, I was on the server for more than 1 year as a visitor.

I like to build new designs for existing components and to create redstone games.

Here's my plot on the build server, you can visit it anytime by doing "/pwarp yap7"

I'll build games on it, and some components design, I can say that I'll make on this plot things you can't see anywhere else.

Also a small challenge for the master of compacting things: a diagonal Proper look-ahead adder! I'd so love someone pull that off.

So if ProperEnglish goes ahead and makes some horrible excuse for a CLA using wiki gates and bussing every possible carry scenario into a decoder, can we still call it a PLA?

diagonal makes many thing much easier when trying to do solid state. I have a legitimate example on my plot made out of color coded wool.

I used afts Diagonal PLA (ALA - aft look ahead)

You can see the strengths of diagonal with out using CLE because CLE is a Triangle shape, where as PLA is a planar surface, and therefore Diagonal PLA is a Diagonal planar surface in respect to our perspective in minecraft.

Worst PLA ever, though it's good cause prop made it.
