Got approval a few weeks ago, couldn't connect for the longest...now I can get on the school server, but it has me listed on Visitor status and I can't interact or even use the /help command. ?

To make sure we promote the right person, you have to be online at the time of promotion.
Next time you see a staff member ask them for a promotion.
