I am working on signal stenght ram that is fast and compact I have a one bit nonstick able on my plot right now.

Hopefully you can get it reasonably compact. Signal strength ram is a bit annoying to deal with. Here was my attempt at signal strength ram a while ago along with a video on it.

Just make a infinite loop of compactors and clear it with a signal on (B) and write by putting signal in on any redstone.
