a ti calculator can do vector/matrices arithmetic

I did it freshman year.
You need to multiply by inverses. You will need to create the left and right inverses of the 1*10 matrix, and you will need the inverse of the 3*3 matrix. You will also need to figure out how you want to separate the signature for these operations. I highly suspect it is a block encryption.

I should add that many curriculums are removing matrices at the high school level.
