Am i supposed to get "2‰ÆRQ³žü~6ÜO'à"?

I've made my own algorithm once, I've put it up online but it's all in Dutch.
http://davidc.nl/geheimschrift/index.html

In "Nederlands" you put some normal text. If you then press the left button it'll encrypt it.
In "Geheimschrift" you put some encrypted data and you press the right button to decrypt it.
I'm pretty proud of this one Tongue.

That code is causing me pain.
I must solve it...

does it decode to anything similar to "#YOLO", as one of my decoding trials led to "#Y?L"

can I haz hint? pweeeeaase?

RE: Decryption Challenges - jxu - 07-12-2014

no symbols in decoded message
uses 2 steps - both are well known algorithms

RE: Decryption Challenges - Iceglade - 07-12-2014

step 1: rot13

step 2: rot13

10/10 encryption
