Text screen w/ Scrolling! - Chibill - 05-16-2014
I am making a text screen that can display 5 lines of text at one time and scroll to the 5 lines before that and back..
It will be based of the ASCI Character set.
The screen will also allow for clearing of both the scroll and the display separately.
The letters will be 3 by 5 pixels each pixel being 2 blocks by 2 blocks.
