These are the weirdest things I've heard yet:
A FEAR FOR BEAUTIFUL WOMEN?!?!?!?!?!
A woman killed her husband by poring 1 liter of alcohol in his butt.
A fear to move.
A fear for ducks watching you.
In the United Kingdom pregnant women can ask a cop if they can pee in his helmet.....

Well it's illegal to cross the border into Minnesota with a chicken on your head. It is also illegal to walk backwards on a highway in ohio while eating a jelly donut.

Don't forget that it's illegal to keep ice cream in your back pocket in Texas, and you can't go whaling in Minnesota. Also, licking doorknobs is illegal on other planets.

Alibbama It is considered an offense to open an umbrella on a street, for fear of spooking horses.
Michigan Persons may not be drunk on trains.
Illinois It is illegal to hang “obstructions” form the rear view mirror, including fuzzy dice, air fresheners, GPS units, etc.

Apparently in the UK (this 'island' to which I am a resident of) you cannot hang a bed out of a window. However it is legal for a male to urinate in public, as long as it's on the rear wheels of his car and he has his right hand on the car.
Never heard of that one before. :S

Alabama:

California:
1. California prison workers will no longer be allowed to have sex with inmates
2. It’s unlawful to let a dog pursue a bear or bobcat at any time.
3. No vehicle without a driver may exceed 60 miles per hour.
4. (Carmel, California) A man can’t go outside while wearing a jacket and pants that do not match.
(I live in CA, thats why I have so many :3)
And, since my dad is from the UK:
1. Anal sex is prohibited.
2. Any boy under the age of 10 may not see a naked manequin.
3. You may not make out in public.
And China because of its patheticness:
1. Persons may only bear one child or risk paying a substantial fine.
2. To go to college you must be intelligent.

and mal, the one about self inflicted harm isnt wierd at all. during ww2 and other wars with drafts, men were so desprate to go home that they would shoot themselves to get medical discharges.
