My Good Sources for Computer Science - WrytXander - 02-11-2014 Hey there, fancy section, I decided I will post my favourite sources for infromation when it comes to computer science (not programming, no) First things first, Wikipedia is your best friend. Once I had more than 20 tabs open while I was learning! Even thought Image content is limited, it is the easiest way of learning quick concepts. (For example, you should probaly see implementations of Bresenham's algorithms or DDA, before you do anything, since text based information gets you to the basics of it.) Secondly, this is very unknown! Carnegie Mellon University's YouTube channel just dedicated on computer architecture lectures! The lecturer is Onur Mutlu, if do want to know. The content is great if you ask me! Channel link here. Also a great book (quite popular too): Elements Of Computing Systems If you have your own great sources, feel free to post them! :3 RE: My Good Sources for Computer Science - AFtExploision - 02-11-2014 This is very computer-y! RE: My Good Sources for Computer Science - Chibill - 02-11-2014 Google is you friend! So are old (out of date) books about building computers. |
