its actually an XNOR but a torch on the output or one input will make it an XOR

You sir, are a evil genius.well it is 0 to 3 ticks for the XNOR depending on the order of switches... i wouldnt say its that slow... its just awkward to use anywhere except where you actually need a 3 way switch like doors or light switches.
