I am too incompetent to find the rules of the forum/server and need help finding it ._.

I have read through both the ToS and the "General Guidelines" linked at the bottom of the web page. Are these the rules?

That page also links to the general guidelines you mentioned, which is basically a more detailed version of the rules.
There's also this relatively recent update/clarification.

You were banned for building symbols clearly related to antisemitism. You made hinduist symbols (swasticas) that just happened to be placed next to a portrait of Hitler. Don't pay attention to this guy's post.
