New Build Host: Update - tokumei - 11-06-2016

As of today, November 5th (or 6th, depending on where you live), the hosting of the build server has officially moved from mort's server in Norway to LordDecapo's in US East. We are very thankful for mort's continued contribution to ORE to the very end.

If you originally were using the hostname "mc.openredstone.org" to access the build server, you should not have to change any settings on your client to connect. If you have problems connecting using the hostname, wait 24-48 hours and try again before asking a staff member for assistance.

Your experience on the build server should be the same as it always has been; however, if you find any bugs or issues, please report them to a staff member.

I'm rating you +5 for this, as I used to average about 110ms ping on build, but since host changed to within the USA, I average a 28ms ping for build, which is the fastest I've ever seen. Keep the server alive.

you've hosted build for longer than I've been on ORE(Which isn't long), and it has crashed only a few times since I cared.
