Starting from the Bottom. - Chibill - 09-13-2016

It's been a while. And I am pretty out of date by Redstone standards. So I am planning to start from the bottom and work my way up. I am going to start with building a simple 4 bit CPU design and build it to compeletion. More info will be shared in the next few days.

Okay. I maybe starting at the bottom. But it will be a unique design. A 'flowchart' is on my plot.
