sorry for the shoddy screenshot, it's like almost 5 am ;-;
so yeah, everyone should be using this. It's really handy.
The pack only includes the redstone textures so you can just load this alongside your normal texturepack and plop this at the highest priority.

if you actually read the thing you'll notice that redstone wire is the only thing in the texture pack...

that is really neat, I'd love to see how they did that. Last I knew, you provided mc with a grayscale version of redstone dust that it colored. No option for textures for each signal strength.

it's modeling. You can specify extra textures for different surfaces based on a vast amount of criteria, like signal strength. He simply added a number texture for each signal strength criteria. It's all written in json, you can check it out

Looks like whoever was maintaining that texture pack has abandoned it, so I fixed it myself.
Should work with 1.13 and 1.14.
