I really like your design. XOR used to be so confusing for me.

well here's XOR made super confusing! lol

its actually an XNOR but a torch on the output or one input will make it an XOR

well it is 0 to 3 ticks for the XNOR depending on the order of switches... i wouldnt say its that slow... its just awkward to use anywhere except where you actually need a 3 way switch like doors or light switches.
And I guess I'll take that as a compliment. lol
