So I am willing to code bukkit plugins for people.. (Depending on the plugin I might not do it for free)
Mostly I am bored and want some stuff to do and still keep my coding skills up.

might require a customized irc server but that's entirely possible as well
Why not take a stab at a redone /slab command?

It's in the config file. Can easily be done.
