This is due to a web transfer of all web-hosted ORE services to be transferred over to a new server. Nothing should be expected to change. We will still force HTTPS and the home page is not expected to have any changes.
Expect downtime anywhere between those time periods. If it is up during that time, expect slightly quirky happenings on both the forums and the homepage until I announce the transfer is complete.
