Build Server Application - _Cargo - 05-05-2016

Code:
Minecraft name: Breziz

What do you like the most about redstone?: Digital Logic components (like adders, an ALU, Flip-flops, etc) and how many of these components can be created with redstone and a little know-how.

What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?:  8-wide 8-bit BUD-based Piston Memory

What does it do?: Stores 64 bits of data over 8 memory slots (1 byte per slot). Memory can be read from each slot at any time, and written to at any time. Check out the imgur album for more information.

Do you agree with the rules?: Yes, I do.

You say you've made an ALU as well, do you have a screenshot of that? A RAM does not suffice for an application but an ALU might; it'd be disappointing to deny this because of that Tongue

Hi again.

At the time of the post I hadn't actually made an ALU yet. Good news is I've been busy the last couple of days and made an ALU that currently has 14 functions:

A
!A
B
!B
A++
A--
B++
B--
A+B
A-B
B-A
A&B
A|B
A xor B

I have many more ideas to add to this, like implementing that RAM and adding program memory, but building it on the server might be a better idea Wink

Sorry for the late response! Exams got in the way and apparently the rest of the staff team is slacking with applications.

Even though your build is really big for an ALU and is a bit more complicated than it should be, I'm still going to accept this application.

Whenever you feel ready, hop onto the build server and ask an admin to trial you. I'd recommend you to prepare something for it Smile

Accepted for trial! Hop on the server at mc.openredstone.org and ask a staff member for assistance.
