Build Application - Mega - 03-29-2016 Minecraft name: Megatacobellover What do you like the most about redstone?: I like that it gives me the ability to test ideas for inventions in the real world and how it endables me to invent things in an entirly different reality. What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: The most resent thing is the base for a binary computer with a rudimentary binary keyboard. What does the thing do?: it currently simply says the letter that is associated with the binary code you entered in chat using command blocks. Image/s and/or video/s of the device, from imgur.com or youtube.com:http://imgur.com/a/F7BgY Do you agree with the rules?: yes the rules are fair are basically say "Be a decent human being" and there is nothing wrong with that. RE: Build Application - Legofreak - 03-29-2016 First off, Welcome. I'm rossreed88 from reddit. I thought in your reddit thread that you said you were trying to make the computer without command blocks. We actually don't use command blocks on our server. Although that build is really cool, it doesn't meet our requirements to become a build member. Do you have the logical part of the computer, as in the ALU? That's the kind of thing we are looking for in build members. Now, if you are looking to learn how to make the parts of a computer, you are very much welcome to become a student. I will accept a student app no question. RE: Build Application - Mega - 03-29-2016 (03-29-2016, 04:56 AM)Legofreak Wrote: First off, Welcome. EDIT: i will check out the tutorials, nothing wrong with learning. EDIT 2: actually it is more of a binary sensor of the entire english alphabet uppercase and lowercase with a t flipflop binary keyboard. EDIT 3: i would like to figure out how to do lossless compression by detecting repeating numbers where would I go I have checked the tutorial section and i did not find anything, YET I will keep looking. |
