Timetech's Build Server Application - Timetech - 08-03-2015 Minecraft name:  Timetech What do you like the most about redstone?:  Although initially I found the Adventure Making and Survival Oriented parts of redstone the most intriguing, I have come to, I hope, better appreciate the complexity and the enjoyment available in Computer Science related redstone.  As such, it has become my favorite part.  (No small thanks to the community's positive encouragement in this opinion.) What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?:  I have made a Ripple Carry Adder based Arithmetic Logic Unit. What does it do?:  It can perform Binary Addition or Binary Subtraction.  It can Flood all of the A or all of the B inputs, to create Invert B or Invert A, respectively.  It can perform Flood Carry, which guarantees all outputs to be in the On state. [All Cin and Cout.]  It can turn off the 'AND' functionality of the second layer of XOR gates, thereby changing their functionality to OR gates.
