There are multiple I.O's with x amount of bits. Below, is the IP activator which can be set to your own address or, an emailing function which is basically setting it to an other person's IP address. The actual Input switches work by sending the data into a decoder(website hoster) and encoding data back. The IP address works by going into a decoder which goes into AND gates with the data (meanwhile being sent to ALL I.O's) and make sure the data gets sent to the right person(like real-life Routers).
This is a previous design. The newer version has the same basic Web Hosting principle as this one.
