From the looks of what you have included in this application, I'd recommend that you apply for the school server. To succesfully be accepted for the build server, you need to be able to build something more complex than a Ripple Carry Adder based ALU

Building from instructions is not designing your own. We don't care if one can follow directions, we wonder if they can build things themselves.

you need to be show us a video or picture that you made yourself
either way, popup houses are not up to par with what we are looking for in build applications.
