Application? - redstonejazz - 01-08-2015 Minecraft name: RedstoneJazz What do you like the most about redstone?: The math and logic theory behind computers, contraptions, etc. What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: A big combination lock... With 1.57x10^203 combinations What does it do?:It turns on a light when you get the combination right. Image and/or video, from imgur.com or youtube.com: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jtX6WSsDyk Do you agree with the rules?: Yah! RE: Application? - Kotov - 01-08-2015 Hi there, Quite an impressive build but it seems there is hardly any logic involved. Its doesnt seem to be order sensitive nor is it any user friendly. Programming this lock must be a pain. Are you familiar with logic devices within Minecraft? Like Adders, ALU's, Registers, Stacks and so on.? ( I'm not the one deciding wether your application is approved or not , just giving some feedback ) RE: Application? - Phase - 01-08-2015 (01-08-2015, 12:55 PM)Kotov Wrote: Hi there, Just thought I'd reply in this application letting you know staff don't like it when people reply in the applications. oh wait.... Anywho, he's got some good stuff on his channel, like a CPU & Adders. (Dat hex though, Rek you know what I mean ;D) RE: Application? - redstonejazz - 01-08-2015 Does this show a good understanding of logic? It's a comparator-based five function calculator. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Pie7yIo1mI RE: Application? - LordDecapo - 01-09-2015 Accepted i or another staff can give u a trial at some time soon |
