bad news: did a WE selection at spawn area, somehow missed the second position, so when I went to do a WE, it selected between my plot and spawn, the server crashed.
good news: It was //copy, so no harm done. just needs a reboot by a staff with server access.

Everyone usually does it once. Just make sure you learn from your mistakes.

I've been on the build team/a mod of a server before that had WE; several other guys did it a couple times, but I never did. Why now D:

As a safeguard, I've made it a habit do do //sel every time I'm done with a selection. That clears it, so if you only select one position on accident, it won't do anything because you need to select two.

I just keybind rCtrl to the clear selection command. (I use WE CUI)
It's a force of habit at this point for me to tap it after I'm done

I never use the wand, which makes it a habit to enter hpos 1 and hpos 2 by hand. I usually only lag my computer with complex selections, but I never get a selection the I don't want (unless I miss). I also look at the coordinates WE echoes back to me when I use it.

i have CUI and 'G' is my clear selection key. I always use it when im done with my selection.
