I know this issue isn't just for the build server but also for the school server too.
The ORE minecraft server, might as well no longer have any admins apart from tyler. He is the only one I see doing anything. Sure sometimes Greatgamer34 and JeremyG do something and on occasion 1 of the others, but otherwise there are literally no admins doing anything.
This is a huge problem that needs to be fixed, I suggest we have a staff re-vote and not only have the current staff involved in this decision but have the rest of the active community well (pretty much gets rid of 7 current staff).

I honestly think that the one thing that we shouldn't do is have a community driven admin selection process.
As happened previously, an admin was chosen who was not ready for the job, but was chosen because of popularly.
The admins are very capable of deciding who the best candidates are, and because of this they should be the one making the decision.

Pauly, tyler has been urging the admins for voting (if I remember correctly) and no one seems to share his views even though it is obviously a huge problem.
