Can you make a command to turn build server chat. Also, the /pwarp is broken for me cause when I tried /pwarp newomaster, It tp's me to a random plot. I'm no were near being a fan of the new server update. Also, When I log into the server, I loose my spot cause it brings me to spawn. Is there a reason to combine servers?

I have tried to put in server discussion but it says that I don't have permission to use this part of site or something like that.
