What do you like most about redstone: hav it works and when it works :D
What have you done: i have made many farms i have made mob farms, iron farms, wheat/potato/carrot farms and some sorting systems, track selector and elevators
What does the Thing do: Helps in survival

You must provide documentation (pictures or video) of your work before we can consider your application. based on what you've said you've made, you're unlikely to have enough redstone knowledge for the build server. I recommend checking out the school server.
