found a neat app for android. it kinda looks like a redstone sim but it has logic gates and and a few decoders. It even seems to run on a tick system. the UI isnt the greatest and it can be buggy at times but the guy apparently has a beta version hes constantly updating.

Very neat! He says he's inspired by redstone, so that's great. Too bad it's 2D though. He has also ported it to PC.

Can u transfer stuff between Android-device and pc? If so I love this! Too lazy (read: busy) to check myself tho xD

Well yeah several ways, like file transfers with USB and sending back debugging information to logcat. But I'm assuming you mean on application-level, and for that you'd need a web-service to keep track of it.
