grinning application - grinning - 05-18-2013 What is your In Game Name (IGN): "grinning" What in particular interests you most about redstone: I'm currently part of the RDF but that has gotten a bit dull, a friend named redstonewarrior actually referred me via Google Chat a while ago. (Shoutout to redstonewarrior). I was a scientist on the RDF and redstonewarrior can vouch for my other interest in redstone, which mostly include computing. Which prompt have you selected to build: I have selected to build my own prompt called "make diagrams"(AKA redstonewarrior's mentality). I mean this is a diagram of an archetexture based off the Pentium 4, with hyperthreading, and an instruction set that is based off the x86 instruction set. I mean I'm not fully done implementing it but I have the instruction caches done and deciding on a few more small details for the build. I'll include some screenshots from a past CPU build. If you selected prompt 5, what is the prompt that you have designed: "Make diagrams of a cpu, then show a past cpu that you have built" Please provide an explanation of your device: It processes things centrally... it also blends. Please provide image or video documentation of your device hosted by either imgur.com or youtube.com: Diagram of Pentium 4 based cpu: 11 Stage Pipeline plan: Instruction Set plan: Instruction Cache(s): Older cpu built -specs -> 8 bit, addition, subtract, all logical ops -2^16 bytes of addressable memory (8 bit instruction set) -Von Neuman (Instructions and Data in memory) : If you want any more samples of my work just ask me and I could post them. Look forward to hopefully finishing my Pentium 4 based cpu on your server. I'm also available at my mumble server if you want to have a chat: the ip is "tommytony.us" at the default mumble port. Check out the website if you want also, coded by me. RE: grinning application - JeremyG - 05-18-2013 You're already member on the RDF, there's no need to apply! Hop on the server to get member status RE: grinning application - Xeomorpher - 05-19-2013 Good to see you, grinning! Just hop on, I think you'll like it here :3 RE: grinning application - Guy1234567890 - 05-19-2013 Oi indeed! |
