What do you like the most about redstone?: How it imitates how electricity works and the many things you can do with it.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: I've made a 10-bit calculator.
What does it do?: Adds, subtracts, and multiplies.

I will be trying to make an extremely small 4 bit adder/subtractor.

That'll probably be good enough, given you can answer some questions about ALUs and possibly some questions about basic CPU architecture concepts.
