What do you like the most about Redstone?: I can use Redstone to simulate the circuits that I've learnt about in school and I think that's really cool.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates Redstone knowledge?: I've been working on a CPU.
What does the thing do?: The ALU can do basic binary arithmetic, bitwise logic and comparisons. You can load/store data in memory as well as storing the output of the ALU in the accumulator.
