What do you like the most about redstone?:
The fact that lots of people understand the redstone mechanics as good as I do and even better. Finaly some people who actually know how logic redstone works and love it as well.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?:
Everything you see here is made without pistons:
I've made an alu recently with the help of inspector95. He showed me how he makes an alu. Now, I understand how it works and I can copy it.
My previous experience with redstone was making a screen made of stackable 3x3 pixels. My controls of the pixels:
- toggle: edit/erase mode
- save
- update when a wire got activated
I also once made a game what looked like Pong but without the bouncing ball. The ball was replaced by bullets which each player could fire from each Y position. When the bullet hit the opponent, the player got a point. The points were of course made out of binary towards to binary to decimal converter + screen. It had some lag ingame but that's ok since this is minecraft.
I used to have an x/y coordinator wich showed which pixel turned on + it showed the x/y value on screen.
This is made with pistons:
I also made a simple paint program by using pinston updater techniques.
What does it do?:
the alu adds or subtracts values.

I'm planned on making the alu I made (with the help of inspector95).
