CPU Build-off! - PaukkuPalikka - 03-30-2019
Rules and other things:
- Based on the poll, the only restriction is size (4 chunks).
- Do not copy parts from outside your own competition area with WorldEdit. This means you cannot bring pre-built parts.
- Other than that, WorldEdit is allowed.
- You can start whenever it is convenient for you, as long as you start during Friday, Saturday or Sunday (your timezone).
- /warp competition and grab an empty spot. Mark it with something so others know it is claimed.
- If you are a team, the whole team gets only one spot to build on.
- You have total 2x4 chunks to utilize, by default it is split into 2x2 for the CPU (blue outline) and 2x2 workspace (red outline). You can change this if needed, just make sure you keep it at exactly at most 4 chunks. There is no special height limit.
- You have to finish building within 48 hours of starting. Keep track of this yourself. If you make significant changes after your 48 hours, you may get disqualified.
- You may, however, make small fixes and adjustments during debugging. Do not add new parts or change existing things significantly. Use common sense, and when in doubt, ask.
- You have at least until next week's Friday to debug and program your build. This and the benchmarking programs will be updated later, for now you can refer to the previous thread.
