A non sequential 16 bit multiplier
What does it do?:
Multiplies 16 bit numbers, without using any sequential circuits.

A 4 bit RCA ALU capable of doing several logic operations like add, subtract, or, and, nor, xor, xnor, and nand, and some flags like 0 flag, etc.
