What do you like the most about redstone?: The redstone community is one of the best Minecraft communities in my opinion, and I find it mildly interesting.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: Cobblestone Wall Generator
What does it do?: The name says what it makes. It uses a cobblestone generator, some pistons and observers. Same can be made in older versions with simple redstone clocks.
