Application - PretzelJohn - 01-15-2018

Minecraft name: PretzelJohn

What do you like the most about redstone?: I love the logic, functionality, and thrill of building complex redstone circuits. Building a quick, stable computer with full functionality is my goal. I'm in school for computer science, so it's kinda my thing.

What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: I've made a few computers and components such as: adders, RAM, displays, combination locks, decoders, control units, and registers.

What does the thing do?: The best computer I've made runs a simple program of counting the Fibonnacci sequence in binary, then outputting each iteration to a 2-digit display. It's 8-bit and runs on the observer's instant perpetuation, allowing buses to be infinitely long without adding delay.

Image/s and/or video/s of the device, from imgur.com or youtube.com:

What do you plan on making for your build trial?: A simple (NOT ripple carry) full adder. Other suggestions are welcome.

Do you agree with the rules?: Of course!

Thank you! Smile

Would you be able to make a 4 bit ALU (that can add, subtract and do bitwise logic such as AND, OR, XOR and their inverses), a multiplier or a divider? The trialer can do worldedit for you during the trial and you also have about 1 hour for building it.
Last field (do you agree to rules) seems to be missing, could you edit that in (I'm sure you do but to fill the format)?
Otherwise looks great, this level of quality is rare Smile

RE: Application - PretzelJohn - 01-15-2018

I built the computers without WorldEdit (1 of which I completed in 12 hours), so building a 4-bit ALU  will be no problem!

Also, I've edited in my agreement to the rules!
Thank you Smile
