What do you like the most about redstone?:
I love the fact that a game about adventure and fighting monsters has a Turing-complete component.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?:
I'm currently in the process of building an 8-bit redstone computer, and have designed my own ALU and binary multiplier for it.
What does the thing do?:
- The ALU is based on an RCA adder, and has the OR, Cin, Flood Carry, Invert A, and Invert B operations.
- The multiplier utilizes a single adder, which outputs to a register, which in turn outputs to one of the adder's inputs. The device uses a clock and shift registers to manipulate the data.
