Your application does not show sufficient redstone knowledge in order to join the build server.
Instead, I'd recommend applying for our school server here.
Btw, the image link points to a different picture than what the link's text is. Also the last question is missing, though it doesn't matter in this case (you need to know some computational redstone to join build)
