[Downtime] Migration of IRC server - tokumei - 07-13-2017
Over the rest of the summer, I will be migrating one of my servers between VPS providers, which just so happens to be hosting the IRC server. The only item which will be impacted is the services (NickServ/ChanServ); some of their functionality may break or change. Also, there currently is no way to convert the database. Unfortunately, that means you will have to reregister your nickname once NickServ is migrated. I will continue looking for a way to integrate the old database with the new software.
The domains `irc.nonemu.ninja`and `irc.openredstone.org` will continue to work during the migration, and will always point to a valid server. The process should be seamless, except when services are migrated (I will notify in advance).

Update: The new IRC server `hitsuke.nonemu.ninja` has now become the main IRC server of the network. The record for `irc.openredstone.org` has been updated to point new connections to that server. Tomorrow, expect some downtime with NickServ/ChanServ.
