Good Advice - Haku - 06-10-2017

Im new to forums so i have no idea where to find the "Advice" section - i looked but im gonna bake a cake for my dad when he gets home so ive gotta be quick. I recommend you download the "Tekkit Classic Revived" mod, you can always play vanilla whenever you want - but with the tekkit mod it has a secondary redstone dust - bluestone - and guess what? You can have AND gate, NAND NOR XOR XNOR NOT and all the other gates... in one block - there is a XOR gate that is 1x1, how much easier would adders and CPUs be? they would be tiny!  Tongue Smile Just a recommendation, worked for me (and im not a modding sort of guy either)

Yeah, I've tried mods like that before (ProjectRed and whatever came before it RedPower). It is fun; I have made a full ALU out of components from those mods. But that has its time and its place, just like vanilla. Many of our members enjoy trying to find the fastest gates and other circuits that you can make in vanilla. As revolutionary as it is, it really is very different from our style.
