Couldn't figure out the comparison unit so I made a compact SR Memory gate.

Not enough to enter the build server. Sorry. Minimum requirement is an RCA ALU. If you get that comparison unit working, I might accept you. Otherwise, I suggest applying for the school server.

Finally got the BCU working, sorry about the signs. They supposed to say A-2s and B-2s.
This can be used for binary subtraction, instead of using 2s complement.
