Basically, in short -
My Minecraft account (Evikkted) which is builder, got hacked. My brother just gave me his account since he doesn't use it. My new account is miky11448, and I was wondering if I could get this account promoted to builder.

In that case you should ban request yourself to prevent damage on ORE or make sure you've secured the account.
