What do you like the most about redstone?: The thing I like most about redstone is the enjoyment of finishing a build and testing it out.
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: I have made several CPUs and ALUs.
What does it do?: It adds and subtracts numbers (1-64) within seconds.

What do you plan on making for your build trial?: I plan on making a computer that calculates numbers and processes words.

I still don't understand what I am supposed to do for this one. Do I include pictures and/or videos of screenshots of my builds?

Yes. The CPUs and ALUs would be good for the image(s)/video(s)
Just upload some screenshots to imgur and link them, that should be fine.
