What do you like the most about redstone?: the amount of complex things you can make is infinate
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: Adders, Games, doors and so on
What does it do?: /What do they do? they do what they say. (the game is connect 4 thats resetable with turns)

Your application does not show sufficient redstone knowledge in order to join the build server.
A ripple carry adder is not enough to enter build.

What do you like the most about redstone?: everything you can do with it
What's a thing you have made which demonstrates redstone knowledge?: piston doors. timers, code doors and some types of games
What does it do?: /What do they do? they do what they say. piston doors = the normal button lever opening system timers = normal timers that go up (not down still trying with that) code doors = a piston door but with a code games= stuff like rock paper scissors
What do you plan on making for your build trial?: don't really know but probably a rainbow beacon or something along them lines

Please just read paukku's post. It explains quite clearly why you were not accepted. The minimum requirement for the build server is an RCA ALU.
