Your application does not show sufficient redstone knowledge in order to join the build server.
Instead, I'd recommend applying for our school server here.
Also you need pictures and videos.

A 7 segment clock does not display the needed knowledge to build on the build server. Things such as those and others are taught on the school server. The minimum requirement to join the build server is an RCA ALU, therefore you are advised to join the school server to learn until you are knowledgeable enough to join the build server.
