Please read the "Please Read" thread. While many decisions are decided through polls, applications are left to the foremen/admins, and you apparently do not understand how we deal with plots and membership. Unless of course you had that earlier, in which case I missed it and should explain how we do this, rather than be irked thinking you've read how we do it already. Anyways, please fix your application to work with our format- it lets us know quite a bit about you.
