That's why I propose a simple 50/50 split of power

k ill use the 50/50 and post the voting thread tomorrow morning. we can test it out, and move from there, as Yes with out issue has the most votes anyways.

Members and Staff will be added up. The only difference in the counting is that the totals from the Staff are averaged with the totals from the Members. This allows 50/50 power between Members/Staff.
