#1. Command blocks are not enabled on this server.
#2. We are a computational redstone community,. meaning that we build CPUs and calculators.
#3. The minimum requirement for the build server is an RCA ALU.

Because of the reasons above, your application does not show sufficient redstone knowledge in order to join the build server.
