I am matthijs and i am new on the ore server, i already was 2 days on the server before i write this.
I am from the netherlands and i believe there are al lot of dutch people on this server, cool
What i am making?
I am going to make a computer wich is 8 bit
designed an alu and i am making a gpu wich issn't a line drawer or that algoritmes things, but it can render in two layers and can see in a specific area where the pixels are the same. it also can read from the screen and give data to the computer.
I really like this server and the people.

If you fully understand your stuff, you should go for a build trial! You get world edit and 2x bigger plots on the build server

You will see that there is alot of diversity of what makes a gpu though: word processors, box drawers, sprite controllers, line drawers, i hope you find a nice ISA for your gpu though.
and yep im dutch, so is jona2000, JeremyG, Noahiscool, DoubleOne among others. Though we're still a english speaking server, i can explain some stuff in dutch if its difficult.
